Add Task

ver. 2.0

 

Tasks are a very useful area of the application. Creating it is simple and flexible.

 

Click "Create New" and select "Task".

On the "Create Task" page, you can select the task delegation:

a)  An individual

b)  Multiple Accounts

c)  Multiple People

 

 

a)  Creating A Task for An Individual

Click "An Individual"

Fill in the task details:

  1. What to do - mandatory field
  2. Due Date - mandatory field
  3. Assign Task To - mandatory field
  4. Linked Account - optional field

Click "Save"

 

 

 

 

b)  Creating A Task for Multiple Accounts

Click "Multiple Accounts"

Fill in the task details:

  1. What to do - mandatory field
  2. Due Date - mandatory field
  3. Accounts - default is "All Accounts", can be changed to None, All Accounts or My Accounts
  4. Select Specific Account - when clicked, the "Select Account" list will appear, tick the specific account/s, then click "Continue"Add_Task_07.png

You will go back to the "Create Task For" page. The "Selected Accounts" will appear on this page. Click "Save"

c)  Creating A Task for Multiple People

Click "Multiple People"

Fill in the task details:

  1. What to do - mandatory field
  2. Due Date - mandatory field
  3. People - this is a search field that allows selection of multiple Kapta users

Click "Save"
