Need to add additional folks to an account?
You can add them and assign Actions or Tasks to your contributors. Very handy for complex organizations and large teams.
There are two ways to add a contributor:
- Edit Account
- Add Contributor
Adding a Contributor Using Edit Account
Select the account and click "Edit Account".
On the "Editing Account" page, click the "Add Contributor" tab.
The "Contributors" is a search field that allows selection of multiple Kapta users. Once done, click "Save".
You can also remove a contributor from the list by clicking the "X".

Select the account. On the "Details" tab, click "Add Contributor".
On the "Editing Account" page, click the "Add Contributor" tab.
