VOC Survey by Email

Send your customers a link to an online survey to capture Voice of Customer responses. 

Once the customer completes the VOC survey, you will receive a notification and their responses will be automatically recorded in Kapta.

 

Sending the VOC:

Select the account and scroll to the "Key Players and Contacts" section. Click the "3 dots" icon.

On the drop down, select "Voice of Customer".

This will take you to the "Voice of the Customer" section. Click "Add Voice of the Customer".

The "Voice of the Customer" section will populate the default questions. It supports the following features:

a) VOC Status

b) Email Survey - when clicked the template will appear

c) Generate Link - the personalized link for sending the email survey

d) VOC Question - there are 2 types, the first is the default and the second is customized

e) Add Answer - this enables you to manually type the response of the customer

The featured options provides the flexibility and customization you want for your VOC. 

The template email is editable and you can choose when to send it. The "Generate Link" can be copies to the template or use the one-time use link in your own email.

Once the customer completes the VOC survey, you will receive a notification and their responses will be automatically recorded in Kapta.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Go down to “key Players and Contact” you will see the name client on the far right there is an icon that have tree dots click that you will see a drop down “voice of customer

Send your customers a link to an online survey to capture Voice of Customer responses. When you're on a Contact detail page, click on "Email Survey" to have Kapta send them a survey (don't worry, you can edit the text of the email and choose when to send it) or click "Generate Link" to paste a one-time use link in your own email.

Once the customer completes the VOC survey, you will receive a notification and their responses will be automatically recorded in Kapta.
