To find action plan go to “Account”.
Choose of the account and go over to “Action Plan”.
On the right side below the task tab you can find Expand / Collapse view page structure for Hierarchy / List View.
There is a drop-down icon on the right side below the list view
- Reorder Plan – you can rearrange the order of the task you made
- Add – you can add new plan or launch plan from template
- Active Action – will provide you drop down of filter such us all action, upcoming, active and completed
To edit your task, click the 3 dots icon add objective, add action, edit or complete.
If you want to an additional task you can click “Add Plan”.
