Account Planning

Account planning is a critical skill for any Key Account Manager. 

With Kapta, you get a tool that helps you create strategic, detailed and action-oriented account plans.

Do build your account plans, consider:

  • Who else in the customer organization do you need to know?
  • What products or services can you show the customer?
  • What key initiatives of the customer can you align with?
  • What are your growth goals (or quota) for this account?

Answering those questions (and putting the answers in Kapta) will give you a very strong plan for your accounts.
